Afternoon Tea: Fashionable History with Guest Speaker Rhiannon Cizon

On Sunday, July 19, at 2:00 p.m., the Washington County Historical Society will host an Afternoon Tea featuring historian Rhiannon Cizon and her engaging presentation, "To Top It Off: Our Fashionable History."
